PRESENTATION SCHEDULE

There are 20 oral sessions and 4 poster sessions. Presentation schedules are given session by session in the following format:

TITLE (ID#)

Authors

Search your presentation preferably by using the author name, not the paper ID#. (The paper IDs used in the schedule can be different from those you initially received at the submission time. The ones used here are what were used in the review process. This happened due to deletion of the repeated submissions and the electronic submission system did not maintain the original ID#. Also note that there are four ID duplicates: 146, 147, 149, and 150.)

The presenting authors are marked with * while those competing for the Hans Gros New Investigator Award are marked with **. If the presenting author/NIA competition info is incorrect or you have any schedule conflicts, please report it to Young-Hoo Kwon (ykwon@twu.edu) immediately so that it can be fixed before the final schedule is sent to the publisher.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS

Podium (Oral) Presentation: All presenters are required to use MS PowerPoint for their presentations. For this, all presenters are required to report to the prep room beforehand and test the presentation files. Presenters may use their own laptops but it must be tested at the prep room, too. Otherwise, please bring the presentation file on a flash disc.

Please report to the presentation room by 10 min before the beginning of the oral session to introduce yourself to the session chairs. The duration of the podium presentation will be limited to 12 min. immediately followed by 3-min Q & A session. A pointer will be available in each presentation room.

Poster Presentation: Each poster presenter will be provided with a display board of 180 cm (W) x 165 cm (H). Find your board by looking at the name and paper ID posted on the board. Push pins will be available at the site. Presenters are advised to post the presentation no later than the morning Keynote session (8:30a) and remove it after the last oral session (6:00p on Tue & Wed and 12:30p on Thu & Fri) on each day. Poster presenters are required to be present at their poster(s) to interact with attendees for the entire poster session (10:30-11:30a).

If you have any questions, please direct them to the Conference Secretariat (webmaster@isbs2008.org).
