Climate |
| The climate of Korea is characterized by four distinct
seasons; spring, summer, fall, and winter. Korea in mid
July has an average temperature of generally around 25¡É-
28¡É. Participants are recommended to carry their umbrellas
in case. |

Currency and Banking |
| The currency in Korea is the Korean Won(£Ü). Korean currency
notes come in £Ü10,000, £Ü5,000, and £Ü1,000. Coins come
in £Ü500, £Ü100, £Ü50, and £Ü10 denominations. Foreign currency
and traveller¡¯s checks can be exchanged into £Ü at banks
and other authorized money exchangers. Credit cards are
accepted at most restaurants and shops, the most widely
used being VISA, Master, American Express and Diners Club. |

For this invitation letter, please complete the regisrtation process and contact us with the needed relevant information, i.e. full name, institute, etc.

Visa Notice |
| The Republic of Korea allows nationals of most countries to enter Korea without visa requirements if they wish to visit for tourism or transit.
However, nationals of the following 30 countries must obtain visa when entering Korea: Cuba, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazahstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, China, Mongolia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Palestine, Nepal, Iran, India, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Ghana, Myanmar |
