The Korean Organizing Committee of ISBS 2008 is pleased to offer various selections of hotels around the Congress venue, Seoul National University. The hotels listed below have been contracted by the council of ISBS 2008 in order to offer discounted room rates to Congress attendees.

To secure your reservation, all reservations must be guaranteed by your credit card. All hotel charges will be settled when checking out. (Exception: Seoul National University Dormitory - All charges must be settled when checking in) |
| Cancellation Policy |
Cancellations should be sent in writing to the ISBS 2008 secretariat. If you fail to check-in on the arrival date or to cancel your reservation 24 hours before check-in time, it will be processed as ‘No Show' and you will be charged a cancellation penalty for one night rate. |

Please make on-line hotel reservations through the Congress website from January 2008.
Please note the following.
If you wish to apply for accommodation please download, fill in and send the  to the ISBS 2008 administration at the following email address. webmaster@isbs2008.org .
Due to the limited number of rooms available the service will be based on a first come first serve basis and if the specific room wanted was taken already then a similar room while be reserved for your convenience.
When the reservation is completed an reservation email will be automatically sent.
The on-line reservation system will close at 18:00 on June 15, 2008 local time. The deadline for reserving a room at the discount rate is June 15, 2008. |

Hotel assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations made after this date will be subject to space availability. Prompt booking is very important to guarantee your room. |

Room rates only apply to ISBS 2008 participants who book through this homepage in advance. The exchange rate of USD1 to Korean won is about KRW 950 as of January 2008. |
